These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SunSellFL, operated by SunSellFL.com (“Company”), a Florida-based entity.

By creating an account, posting a listing, messaging users, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein.

2. Description of the Platform

SunSellFL is a local online platform that connects buyers and sellers located in the State of Florida. We provide a venue for users to post listings for goods and services, communicate with each other, and arrange transactions (primarily local pickup, with optional shipping).

Important: We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not buy, sell, store, ship, or guarantee any items. All transactions occur directly between users.

3. User Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Florida to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate information and to verify your phone number.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and must not engage in scams, spam, harassment, or post false or misleading content.

5. Listings, Sales, and Transactions

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of listings and compliance with all applicable laws, including Florida sales tax obligations. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before completing transactions.

6. Fees and Payments

Basic use of the Platform is free. Optional premium features may incur fees, which are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content is owned by or licensed to SunSellFL. You grant us a license to use your listings for promotional purposes.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SunSellFL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SunSellFLL against any claims arising from your use of the Platform or your transactions.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

12. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited on SunSellFL

• Firearms, ammunition, and weapons
• Alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products
• Live animals and illegal substances
• Stolen goods or counterfeit items
• Anything that violates Florida or federal law

Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.

Dispute Resolution & Safety Guidelines

• Always communicate through the Platform.
• For local meetups: Choose well-lit public places (e.g., police station parking lots).
• If an item is not as described, attempt to resolve with the other party first. Open a dispute via the Platform within 48 hours if needed.
• Report suspicious activity or scams immediately using the Contact form.

We will investigate reports and may suspend users or involve law enforcement when appropriate.
